Оценка Экономической Эффективности Создания Горно-Металлургического Комплекса Тувакобальт

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено, что более эффективным вариантом восстановления комбината ГОК «Тувакобальт» на территории Тувы является создание на его базе нового горнометаллургического комплекса (ГМК) «Тувакобальт» с дополнительными производственными единицами, которые призваны реализовать концепцию комплексности и безотходности переработки минерального сырья. Сравнительный анализ показателей коммерческой, социальной, бюджетной и экологической эффективности двух вариантов – восстановления комбината и создания нового горно-металлургического комплекса показал, что наиболее эффективным является последний вариант. Анализ эффективности экономической оценки создания горно-металлургического комплекса на базе ГОК «Тувакобальт» показывает, что чистый дисконтированный доход создания ГМК «Тувакобальт» составит 2158 млн.руб., дисконтированный срок окупаемости капитальных вложений – 4,8 лет, внутренняя норма доходности на вложенный капитал – 40 %.
