Проблемы И Пути Обеспечения Неинфляционной Монетизации Экономики

Abstract

Актуальной проблемой для стран с переходной экономикой, и для Армении в частности, является проблема неинфляционного повышения уровня монетизации экономики. Необходимым условием неинфляционной монетизации, по нашему мнению, является комплексное развитие институтов финансового посредничества. в условиях отсутствия развитого финансового сектора, способного перераспределять денежные потоки в инвестиции и, в особенности, долгосрочные инвестиции, дополнительная денежная масса попадает на рынок потребления, увеличивая совокупный спрос и стимулируя рост инфляции. По нашему мнению, решением этой проблемы выступает институциональное развитие финансового сектора.
