Обеспеченность Населения России Жильем: Региональные И Социально-Демографические Особенности

Abstract

Статья предлагает вниманию читателя анализ обеспеченности жильем в России. Рассмотрены уровни и дефицит жилищной обеспеченности населения отдельных федеральных округов, групп регионов, однородных по уровню социально-экономического развития, жителей городской и сельской местности, семей различных социально-демографических типов (семьи, где есть пенсионеры, домохозяйки, 1, 2, 3 или более детей), децильных групп семей по доходам. Анализ сложившейся на начало 2005 г. ситуации проводится на базе самой большой в России базы микроданных – репрезентативного опроса ОбДХ, охватывающего около 50 тыс. домашних хозяйств ежегодно. Новизна работы заключается в применении для анализа дефицита жилищной обеспеченности методики аддитивных индексов Фостера – Грира – Торбека, инструмента, привычно используемого при изучении бедности (дефицита благосостояния) и остроты бедности населения.
