Abstract

Вопросы повышения качества образования посредством создания специальных систем менеджмента стоят на повестке дня различных встреч специалистов в этой области уже более десятка лет. Наиболее актуальными при этом являются проблемы измерения различных объектов в контексте общего оценивания результативности и эффективности систем менеджмента качества. Как представляется, для этих целей должны быть активно использованы известные методы квалиметрии, позволяющие дать наиболее полную характеристику качества образования и системы управления им на основе комплекса разнородных показателей.
