Стратегические Варианты Развития Городской Системы Теплоснабжения

Abstract

В данной статье предлагается процедура формирования стратегических сценариев развития городской системы теплоснабжения, сочетающих централизованную и децентрализованную ее доли и оптимизированных в задаваемых условиях. Для реализации этой процедуры был использован так называемый сценарно-ситуационный подход, формализованный экономико-математической моделью в вариантной постановке.
