Abstract

Автор излагает свое представление о совершенствовании методики оценки эффекта синергии от слияния и поглощения компаний. В статье дается детальный анализ преимуществ и недостатков существующих в настоящее время подходов и методов оценки эффекта синергии. Особое внимание уделено проблеме отбора перспективных сделок по слиянию (поглощению) компаний на основе оценки эффекта синергии.
