Сравнительный Анализ Этапов Реформирования Энергетической Отрасли На Примере Локального Рынка Новосибирской Области

Abstract

Проблемы в энергетике России начали формироваться еще в начале 1970-х гг. В 2001 г. правительством было принято решение о необходимости глобального реформирования энергетической отрасли России. В статье приводится экономический анализ поставленных правительством задач по реформированию энергетической отрасли и их реализация на практике для локального рынка Новосибирской области. В задачу автора входило определить степень реализации поставленных задач и последствия реформирования энергетического предприятия на данном этапе его развития.
