Простое Товарищество Как Способ Влияния Юридического Лица На Формирование Средств Регионального Бюджета

Abstract

В статье отражен ряд признаков и условий простого товарищества, на основе которых рассматривается результат объединения в простое товарищество двух юридических лиц, территориально расположенных в разных субъектах Российской Федерации. Исследуется влияние такого объединения на финансовые потоки юридических лиц и величины поступления денежных средств в региональные бюджеты.
