Abstract

В статье содержатся результаты количественной оценки роли человеческого капитала для экономики России. Исследование основывается на модификации модели экономического роста Мэнкью-Ромера-Уэйла с включением человеческого капитала. Обсуждаются различные подходы к моделированию человеческого капитала. Тезис о значимости человеческого капитала как одного из важнейших факторов производства в современной России находит свое эмпирическое подтверждение: доля человеческого капитала в обеспечении экономического роста регионов России в 1998–2003 гг. составила в среднем 20 %.
