Российская Пенсионная Реформа: Успехи И Неудачи

Abstract

В работе представлен обзор российской пенсионной реформы 2002 г., ее целей, основных положений и текущих результатов. Особое внимание уделяется неудачам этой реформы по введению накопительных схем в системе обязательного пенсионного страхования в России. Рассматривается нынешнее состояние негосударственных пенсионных фондов России. В работе обсуждается опыт использования пенсионных накопительных программ для увеличения сбережения в экономике ряда стран.
