Функции И Перспективы Муниципальной Собственности

Abstract

Существование муниципальной собственности как отдельного экономического института значимо с точки зрения качества жизни и экономического развития поселений, однако на практике муниципальная собственность часто недовыполняет свои социальные и экономические функции. Это особенно характерно для развивающихся и переходных экономик. Выводы теории прав собственности о функционировании режима коммунальной и публичной собственности позволяют во многом объяснить, почему это происходит.
