Abstract

В статье рассматриваются преимущества использования модели экономической добавленной стоимости в целях управления российскими предприятиями, подавляющее большинство которых являются непубличными или частными компаниями. Рассмотрены вопросы формирования организационной структуры предприятий на основе центров экономической добавленной стоимости, вопросы построения подсистемы мотивации и контроля. Определены цикл и основные этапы процесса организации управления предприятием на основе экономической добавленной стоимости, его документальное обеспечение
