Особенности Современного Подхода К Классификации Валют

Abstract

На современном этапе интеграции мировой экономики валютно-финансовая компонента имеет неодинаковую интенсивность использования и различную степень ее востребованности в странах. В связи с этим функции международных валют по обслуживанию международного производства, торговли и накоплению резервов Центральными банками претерпели дифференциацию. Существующая классификация валют по степени их интернационализации (замкнутая, внутренняя, международная, ключевая, доминирующая, ведущая) является лишь качественной характеристикой денежных единиц. Содержание предлагаемой статьи отражает взгляд автора на проблему современного подхода к классификации валют с учетом трансформации терминов и закреплением конкретных количественных значений, таких как размер географической территории, на которой валюта выполняет все функции денег; степень конвертируемости.
