Эволюция Институциональных Связей Реального И Финансового Секторов В Современной Российской Экономике

Abstract

В статье исследуется эволюция институциональных связей реального и финансового секторов в современной российской экономике. Институциональные связи рассматриваемых секторов предполагают широкую трактовку института. Они включают и «правила проведения», и формы взаимосвязи, и институциональную среду. Периодизация институционального становления взаимодействия реального и финансового секторов в современной России позволила выделить пять этапов: становление (1991–1995 гг.), стабилизация (1995–1998 гг.), кризис (1998 г.), санация (1999–2002 гг.) и усиление влияния на экономический рост (с 2002 г. по настоящее время). Критерием выделения этапов послужили особенности институционального оформления, характерные черты каждого сектора, формы их взаимодействия и финансовый климат.
