Особенности и проблемы перехода микрофинансовых организаций на единый план счетов и отраслевые стандарты бухгалтерского учета // Problems of Microfinance Organizations in Switching to the Unified Chart of Accounts and Industry Standards of Accounting

The paper is concerned with the specifics of accounting in terms of its compliance with the unified chart of accounts and industry standards for microfinance organizations. The subject of the study is accounting innovations in microfinance organizations. The purpose of the study was to perform a comparative analysis of approaches to the accounting in microfinance organizations using the forms of microfinance and microcredit organizations. A list of internal documents necessary for microfinance organizations including regulations, by-laws and methodological instructions was developed and proposed for use. It is concluded that the main difference in the accounting practices of microcredit organizations as compared with microfinance organizations is their ability to apply simplified approaches to accounting according to the unified chart of accounts and industry accounting standards. В статье рассматриваются особенности ведения бухучета в соответствии с единым планом счетов и отраслевыми стандартами в микрофинансовых организациях. Предмет исследования - инновации бухучета в микрофинансовых организациях. Цель исследования - сравнительный анализ подходов к ведению бухучета микрофинансовых организаций по формам микрофинансовых и микрокредитных организаций. Разработан и предложен к использованию перечень необходимых микрофинансовым организациям внутренних документов, включающих положения, регламенты и методические инструкции. Сделан вывод о том, что основные отличия в бухучете микрокредитных организаций по сравнению с микрофинансовыми организациями обусловлены возможностью применения упрощенных подходов к бухучету по единым планам счетов и отраслевыми стандартами бухучета.
