Abstract

The paper examines the prospects of improving the economic security of the country, in particular, by increasing the labor productivity 1.5 times until 2018 against the 2011 level. This increase in productivity ensures high growth rates of the economic potential of businesses and the country in general, which ultimately leads to higher well-being of the people and meets the national interests of the country, society and every individual. The subject of the study concerns economic relations arising in the process of using any resources for end product manufacturing and providing services. The purpose of the study was to identify reserves contributing to the economic growth of business entities and the country.. This paper analyzes methods of exposing reserves of non-productive time and idle facilities and creating conditions to prevent the occurrence of losses. It is concluded that the use of the reserves identified thereby provides extra economic benefits in the form of additional gross production and the improved financial result.
