МОДЕЛИ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО РОСТА: ВЫБОР СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО ВЕКТОРА РАЗВИТИЯ // Models of Economic Growth: Choosing the Strategic Vector of Development

The possibility of building a new model of the economic growth in Russia by applying the econometric approach based on the correlation-regression and empirical factor analysis is studied. A simple model apparatus used for the purpose confirms the existence of structural constraints hindering Russia's economic growth preventing the country’s recovery from the 2015-2016 recession. Based on the empirical analysis of certain macro parameters, the relationships characterizing the growth dynamics of the Russian economic system were identified to be taken into account in the development of a new growth model which is supposed to stimulate not only investments but also total consumer spendings as well as to make use of resources of the financial and transaction sectors. The monetization of the Russian economy through increasing the money supply and lower interest rates is not sufficient for the new growth model that requires consideration of relevant circumstances and setting structural problems within the framework of the interaction between the financial and real sectors, old and new technologies, investment and consumption, etc. Исследуется возможность формирования новой модели экономического роста в России посредством применения эконометрического подхода на основании корреляционно-регрессионного и эмпирического факторного анализа. Благодаря использованию простейшего модельного аппарата подтверждается наличие структурных ограничений экономического роста России, которые выступают релевантными факторами сопротивления преодолению рецессии 2015-2016 гг. Проведен эмпирический анализ связи ряда макропараметров, характеризующих динамику роста экономической системы России с выделением соотношений, которые должны учитываться при формировании новой модели роста, заключающейся не только в стимулировании инвестиций, но и в совокупных потребительских расходах, использования ресурсов финансовотрансакционных секторов. Монетизация экономики России за счет увеличения денежной массы и снижения процентных ставок недостаточна для новой модели роста, что требует учета обстоятельств и постановки структурных задач в рамках взаимодействия финансового и реального секторов, старых и новых технологий, инвестиций и потребления и др.
