Abstract

The paper analyzes prospective practices that could be used to generate the country of development to replace the country of survival in the modern context. New opportunities for the interaction of society, government and business in the globalization era are examined. An urgent problem is to replace the old elites for those capable of action in the new realities; the focus should be made not on the anti-crisis “how to survive” program but on a real economic development program based on socio-cultural factors. It is concluded that nowadays it is important to preserve and give a new impetus to the development of a local social environment where a particular individual lives and works.
