Abstract

The paper reviews the current state of the common internal market of the EU member countries and trends towards the establishment of the Capital Markets Union in the region. The prospects of using the EU experience in the formation of a financial market common for the EAEC member states with the participation of Russia are assessed. The scope of the studies includes the analysis of statistical data on the structure, scale and directions of building the regional financial markets in the euro area and the EAEU. The purpose of research was to identify the main development problems and trends in the regional financial market regulation and substantiate the need to enhance the financial integration to consolidate the economic and monetary union. A conclusion about the strategic importance of new advanced forms of the regional financial integration has been made.The establishment of a competitive common financial market aimed at ensuring the economic growth and financial stability in the region is defined as priority in the development of the financial integration in the EAEU with account for the EU experience. Статья посвящена рассмотрению современного состояния единого внутреннего рынка стран - членов ЕС и тенденций формирования Союза рынков капитала в регионе с оценкой перспектив использования европейского опыта в процессе создания общего финансового рынка стран - членов ЕАЭС. Тематика статьи охватывает исследование статистического материала о структуре, масштабах и направлениях развития региональных финансовых рынков в зоне евро и ЕАЭС. Цель работы - выявление основных проблем развития и тенденций регулирования регионального финансового рынка, обоснование потребности в углублении финансовой интеграции в целях консолидации экономического и валютного союза.Сделан вывод о стратегической значимости новых более развитых форм региональной финансовой интеграции. В качестве приоритетной задачи развития финансовой интеграции в ЕАЭС, с учетом опыта ЕС, определено создание конкурентоспособного общего финансового рынка, основным критерием эффективности которого является нацеленность на стимулирование экономического роста и обеспечение финансовой устойчивости в регионе.
