Abstract

The subject of the paper is the analysis of the principal directions of the uniform state monetary policy in Russia for the period of 2016-2018. The purpose of the information presented by the experts was to assess the key aspects of the current monetary policy in the light of their conformance to the inflation, exchange rate and economic growth parameters declared by the Bank of Russia. It is recommended that the transmission mechanism of the current monetary policy be strengthened. The results of the assessment are intended for use by the State Duma’s Committee on Financial Markets, the Bank of Russia, and the Russian Government. Предметом статьи является анализ основных направлений единой государственной денежно-кредитной политики в России на период 2016-2018 гг. Цель представленного материала - оценка экспертами ключевых аспектов современной денежно-кредитной политики в контексте достижения заявленных Банком России параметров по инфляции, курсообразованию, обеспечению экономического роста. Вносятся предложения по активизации трансмиссионного механизма современной денежно-кредитной политики. Область применения результатов проведенной оценки - Комитет по финансовым рынкам Государственной Думы, Банк России, Правительство РФ.
