Abstract

The article is based on the results of simulation of processes of the genesis of the state and law as well as business games. Also, it uses the materials of the International Financial and Economic Forum held at the Financial University. It is worth to note that the forum enabled to obtain more precise data on training techniques. The topic covers the main stages in the process of preparation and conducting of research dedicated to one of the most pressing problems in the particular area of expertise and allows to build a model that can be implemented in practice. The purpose of description of innovative training techniques and technologies is the assessment of the role of research simulation in creative interpretation of hot issues in respective areas of expertise. It is concluded that the development of innovative techniques and technologies for vocational training is gaining the highest priority. The author substantiates the use of research simulation not only in teaching basic legal disciplines, but also in the sphere of economics, politics, education, culture, personal development and socialization. The study proves that problem-based learning is an important element of innovative education and it may be effective in natural, technical disciplines as well as humanities. Статья написана по результатам научно-исследовательского моделирования процессов генезиса государства и права и деловых игр, а также материалов Международного финансово-экономического форума, состоявшегося в Финансовом университете, который стал основой для уточнения методики обучения студентов.Тематика статьи охватывает основные стадии процесса подготовки и проведения исследования по одной из актуальных проблем определенной отрасли знания и позволяет сконструировать модель, которая может быть реализована на практике.Цель описания инновационных образовательных методик и технологий - определение роли научно-исследовательского моделирования в творческом осмыслении актуальных проблем соответствующей сферы знания.Сделан вывод об актуализации разработки высшей школой инновационных методик и технологий в профессиональном образовании. Обосновано применение научно-исследовательского моделирования не только в преподавании базовых юридических дисциплин, но и в сфере экономики, политики, образования и культуры, воспитания и социализации. Доказано , что проблемное обучение является важным элементом инновационного образования, которое может быть эффективным в изучении естественных, технических и гуманитарных дисциплин.
