Опыт Валютного Регулирования И Контроля В Индии // Currency Regulation And Control: The Indian Experience

The paper studies the experience of India in building the model of currency regulation and control as India is one of the countries that achieved efficient and effective results in this area. The subject of research is the role and place of currency regulation and control in the Indian economy. The objective of research is to identify the most effective mechanisms of currency regulation and control applied by the Indian state bodies in order to evaluate the feasibility of their application in domestic practice. The study uses such research methods as analysis, synthesis, deduction as well as an integrated approach, comparison, systematization and others. The paper concludes by arguing that there is a need for introducing some currency restrictions at certain stages of the development of the Russian economy. Today the main task of state bodies is to create an effective system of currency regulation and control to meet modern social and economic requirements. Статья посвящена изучению опыта по формированию индийской модели валютного регулирования и контроля как одной из стран, добившихся эффективных и действенных результатов в данной области. Предмет исследования - роль и место валютного регулирования и контроля в экономике Индии. Цель работы - выявление наиболее эффективных механизмов валютного регулирования и контроля, применяемых индийскими государственными органами, определение целесообразности их внедрения в отечественную практику. В ходе исследования использовались такие общенаучные методы, как анализ, синтез, дедукция, комплексный подход, сравнение, системность и иные методы познания. В работе сделан вывод о необходимости и целесообразности введения на определенных этапах развития российской экономики отдельных валютных ограничений. В качестве основной задачи государственных органов на сегодняшний день является построение эффективной системы валютного регулирования и контроля, отвечающей современным социально-экономическим требованиям.
