Прогнозирование Финансовых Потоков На Основе Межрегиональных Межотраслевых Моделей

Abstract

В статье дана характеристика межрегионального финансового баланса "платежи-доходы", позволяющего рассчитывать укрупненные ценовые показатели, отвечающие основным свойствам текущих цен. Проведенные расчеты демонстрируют (по сравнению с классическими межотраслевыми моделями "затраты-выпуск" без региональных факторов) расширение возможностей использования инструментария для количественной оценки финансовых пропорций, соответствующие различным по годам материально-вещественным прогнозам развития экономики регионов. Расчетные значения финансовых пропорций сбалансированы по отраслям и районам страны. Различие их определяется принимаемой политикой в области регионально дифференцированных доходов, налогов, бюджетной поддержки и кредитования. Использование межрегионального финансового баланса "платежи-доходы", является относительно новым и не до конца разработанным в силу чрезвычайной объемности объекта. Приведены результаты экспериментальных расчетов на перспективу до 2025 г. по 20 регионам России и 53 отраслям.
