Прикладные Результаты Теории Мирохозяйственных Укладов

Abstract

В статье излагаются результаты прикладных исследований происходящих в настоящее время изменений мировой экономической и политической системы, выполненных на основе теории мирохозяйственных укладов, изложенной в опубликованной в прошлом номере журнала статье автора. Эти изменения обусловлены процессами смены технологических и мирохозяйственных укладов. Как и в предыдущих длинных циклах, этот переход сопровождается обострением международной политической напряженности, связанной со стремлением доминирующей страны сохранить лидерство путем развязывания мировой войны с целью удержания контроля над периферией своей финансово-экономической системы. Этими объективными обстоятельствами объясняется агрессивная политика США, которые в стремлении усилить свои возможности ведут гибридную войну в периферийных регионах мировой экономической системы. В статье доказывается неизбежность перемещения центра мировой экономики в Азию, а также раскрываются риски мировой войны и связанные с ней угрозы для России. Обосновываются меры для предотвращения этих рисков и угроз, включая формирование институтов нового мирохозяйственного уклада и реализацию стратегии опережающего развития России на основе роста нового технологического уклада.
