Оптимизационная Математическая Модель Двухуровневого Распределения Ограниченного Ресурса Между Группами Людей

Abstract

Разработана оптимизационная математическая модель двухуровневого распределения между группами людей ограниченного ресурса социально-экономического содержания. Ее конструкция базируется на предложенных принципах справедливого распределения. Дано полное описание допустимых линейных ограничений на параметры модели, выполняющих роль управляющих факторов процесса распределения ресурса. Приводится формализация модели как задачи квадратичного программирования с ограничениями в виде линейных равенств и неравенств. Показано применение модели в случае распределения ресурса в несколько этапов, разделенных промежутками времени и связанных между собой наличием одинакового рейтинга потребителей ресурса и общего для этих этапов "принципа управления".
