Abstract

Современные экономические системы представляют собой симбиоз трех подсистем - производственно-технологической, управленческой и институциональной. Поэтому ранее сложившаяся традиция оценивать деятельность предприятий почти исключительно в терминах технической и экономической эффективности или, более узко, продуктивности и доходности, сегодня создает искаженный образ предприятия, оторванного от важнейших процессов, из которых складывается жизнедеятельность всего общества и составляющих его институтов. Предлагается структура для анализа согласованности процессов, протекающих в подсистемах предприятия.
