Abstract

В своей лекции, повященной памяти профессора Ф.А. фон Хайека, прочитанной в 2010 г. в Лондонской школе экономики и политических наук, автор утверждает, что недостатки разработки валютно-финансовой системы послужили причиной мирового финансового кризиса и последующей рецессии. Этот крах отразил неустойчивую природу "пузыря", вызванного искусственной кредитной экспансией, созданной системой частичного резервного обеспечения под руководством центральных банков. Такое повторение подъемов и спадов будет продолжаться, пока не будут приняты радикальные реформы, включая 100%-ные обязательные резервы бессрочных депозитов.
