Новый Инструментарий Формирования И Оптимизации Программ Воспроизводства Жилищного Фонда

Abstract

Предложено новое решение проблемы воспроизводства жилищного фонда в условиях ограниченных финансовых ресурсов и возрастания степени неопределенности выработки и принятия управленческих решений в современной экономике России. В качестве основного объекта исследований выбран инструментарий формирования программ воспроизводства жилищного фонда. Обоснованы возможность и целесообразность использования методологии эволюционных вычислений и математического аппарата генетических алгоритмов в качестве нового инструментария для формирования и оптимизации программ воспроизводства жилищного фонда. Разработаны экономико-математическая модель и алгоритм формирования и оптимизации таких программ.
