Abstract

Известно, что в современных условиях сроки разработки новой техники резко увеличиваются, причем затраты на выполнение НИОКР и собственно производство становятся огромными. В настоящей работе рассмотрены основные причины этого явления и предложены способы возможного их сокращения на основе развития самоорганизации в передовых отраслях экономики.
