Стохастическая Модель Износа Машин

Abstract

Метод дисконтированных денежных потоков применен к задаче стоимостной оценки подержанных машин и оборудования. Предложена модель, позволяющая при небольшой исходной информации оценивать уменьшение рыночной стоимости (износ) машины с возрастом. В модели учитываются налоги на имущество и прибыль, а процесс износа машины рассматривается как случайный.
