Закономерности Хозяйства И Экономические Кризисы

Abstract

Развитие экономики представляется имитационной моделью, расчетами по которой обнаруживается существование в нем сверхдлинных волн, объяснимых обновлением и устареванием институциональной и мотивационно-мировоззренческой среды хозяйства. Показывается, что этот процесс происходит в экономическом пространстве, которое задается системой отсчета переменных хозяйства как координат и обладает динамичной геометрией, изменяющейся во времени, что влечет его перемещение из одной мировоззренчески-институциональной среды в иную, стимулирующую замещение друг друга факторами производства согласно особым закономерностям и соотношениям. Выявляется роль свободы и внешнего регулирования хозяйства в таком движении, нарождение при этом новой общенациональной и международной формы богатства и соответствующих ей экономических отношений, предлагаются антикризисные меры применительно к состоянию современной России.
