Готовность Жителей Москвы Платить За Качество Окружающей Среды

Abstract

Одной из наиболее острых проблем современных крупных городов, включая Москву, является загрязнение окружающей среды. Реализация соответствующих экологических проектов требует значительных инвестиций, при этом эффективность подобных проектов зависит от готовности жителей платить (за счет бюджетных средств) за повышение качества окружающей среды. Поэтому оценка готовности платить за качество окружающей среды представляет значительный интерес. Для подобных оценок используется теория гедонистических моделей, в рамках которых определяется зависимость цены некоторого рыночного товара (например, квартиры) от его характеристик, включающих, в частности, качество окружающей среды. На основе гедонистической модели в работе получены статистически значимые оценки готовности жителей Москвы платить за качество окружающей среды.
