Имитационные Системы Поддержки Принятия Решений

Abstract

Рассматривается вопрос использования имитационного моделирования при теоретическом исследовании функционирования экономической системы масштаба предприятия и в практическом управлении предприятием. Анализируются причины явно недостаточного использования идеологии имитационного моделирования в процессе принятия управленческих решений различного уровня. Проведена классификация имитационных систем поддержки принятия решений, являющаяся основой для придания им свойства многофункциональности. Рассматриваются особенности поддержки принятия решений при составлении плановых заданий, стратегическом планировании и планировании инвестиций. Определяется структура многофункциональной имитационной системы поддержки принятия решений.
