Модель Сбалансированного Экономического Роста Для Устойчивого Сокращения Бедности

Abstract

Показано, что модель сбалансированного экономического роста подходит для целей устойчивого долгосрочного сокращения бедности. Получены соотношения для расчета гарантированного и потенциально возможного максимального темпов роста в экономике в условиях, близких к сбалансированному. На примере развития экономики Кыргызской Республики рассчитаны прогнозные оценки темпов роста экономики и сокращения бедности на 2006-2010 гг.
