Процедуры Двусторонней Торговли

Abstract

Рассматриваются многошаговые переговоры покупателя и продавца о заключении сделки в условиях неполной информации друг о друге, ограниченном числе шагов и отсутствии временного дисконта. Переговоры формализуются в виде игр. Показано, что при максимизации суммарного выигрыша результаты многошаговых процедур как поочередного, так и одновременного предъявления заявок не улучшают неудовлетворительных результатов одноша-говых. Предложен механизм переговоров, приводящий к существенно более справедливому и эффективному результату.
