Устойчивое Региональное Развитие: Концепция И Модель Управления

Abstract

Предлагается концепция устойчивого регионального развития, основанная на принципе Ле Шателье, установленном в области термодинамического равновесия, а также на принципе обеспечения гибкости и адаптивности региональной системы. Строится модель системы управления процессами устойчивого РР по типу адаптивной системы с идентификатором, позволяющая немедленно реагировать на любые возмущения, грозящие падением качества жизни населения региона. Адаптивная система с идентификатором основана на экономико-математической модели регионального развития, включенной в контур обратной связи системы управления регионом.
