О Народнохозяйственной Эффективности Ресурсосбережения На Транспорте

Abstract

Предлагается методика определения народнохозяйственного эффекта снижения ресурсоемкости перевозок грузов, позволяющая адекватно учесть прямые и косвенные последствия этого снижения. Методика основывается на использовании и развитии модели межотраслевого баланса, построенного на так называемой "Системе национальных счетов" (методологические положения, 1998). Приводятся некоторые результаты расчетов по разработанной модели с использованием реальных данных.
