Парадоксы Российского Рынка Труда И Теория Коллективных Фирм

Abstract

Российский рынок труда 1992-2000 гг. характеризовался тремя главными особенностями: слабой чувствительностью уровней занятости к изменению условий, высокой изменчивостью заработной платы, большими межфирменными потоками трудовых ресурсов. В данной работе предложена модель коллективной фирмы, объясняющая эти явления. Основные выводы остаются справедливыми и для обобщенной модели, где фирмой управляет менеджер, частично учитывающий интересы рабочих.
