Математическое Моделирование Вертикального Распределения Прав Управления В Государстве И Теорема Коуза

Abstract

Предложен подход к экономико-математическому моделированию распределения функций управления государства по "вертикали" на примерах двух- и трехуровневого моделирования двух государственно-правовых теорий: теории насильственного и теории договорного происхождения государства. Сформулирована и доказана теорема Коуза применительно к функциям государственного управления, которые рассматриваются как предметы обмена между различными органами государства по "вертикали".
