О Сравнении Альтернатив Со Случайным Эффектом

Abstract

Исследуются критерии срвнения проектов со случайными векторными результатами, рассматриваемые как функционалы на классе случайных альтернатив. Чтобы их применение не приводило к экономически неверным решениям, они должны быть непрерывны, монотонны, инвариантны к смешиванию, обеспечивая в то же время принципиальную возможность децентрализованного сравнения поектов в сложных экономических системах. Доказывается, что этими свойствами обладает только двухпараметрическое семейство критериев типа критериев П. Масе, основанных на преобразованиях Лапласа вероятностных распределений результатов альтернативы (в предельном случае – критерий взвешенного математического ожидания результатов). Выясняется, при каких значениях параметров эти критерии стимулируют выбор более рискованных альтернатив (т.е. альтернатив с большим разбросом вектора результатов). Исследованы особенности сравнения проектов с разновременными результатами.
