Abstract

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению одного из ключевых процессов проектного менеджмента управления качеством проекта через призму количественной оценки удовлетворенности и лояльности его потребителей. В статье приведен подробный обзор различных научных подходов к определению понятия потребительской удовлетворенности, а также рассмотрены принципы построения основных индексов для количественной оценки потребительской удовлетворенности и лояльности Индекса удовлетворенности потребителей и Индекса потребительской рекомендации.
