Анализ Моделей Формирования Ставки Дисконтирования Собственного Капитала При Оценке Эффективности Строительных Проектов

Abstract

В статье приведены основные модели формирования ставки дисконтирования собственного капитала. Проанализированы специфика и особенности данных моделей. Рассмотрены предпосылки и области применения различных моделей формирования ставки дисконтирования. Приведены особенности применения рассмотренных в статье моделей при анализе экономической эффективности инвестиционно-строительных проектов.
