Abstract

The scale and market share of education have very different tendencies and characteristics, both in individual countries and at different levels of education (preschool, primary, secondary, higher, etc.). The state cannot bear the full support of the education system and therefore the market of educational services, that operate on quite different principles and methods than in the public sector, is actively developing. This provokes our research study and analysis of possible approaches to state regulation of the market of educational services in the modern, dynamic and sometimes unpredictable environment.
