Abstract

В статье представлен обзор развития розничной торговли в России. Рассматриваются основные показатели, характеризующие отставание российского ритейла от развитых стран. Анализируются проблемы торговой отрасли России. Определяются основные проблемы развития малого и среднего предпринимательства в сфере торговли, среди которых выделяются наличие административных барьеров в организации и деятельности малых предприятий, дефицит финансовых ресурсов, сложности в реализации права выкупа арендуемых помещений, проблемы подключения к инженерным коммуникациям.
