Abstract

В статье акцентируется внимание на проблеме востребованности молодых специалистов на рынке труда. На материалах проведенного в 2015 году ИСЭРТ РАН экспертного опроса работодателей Вологодской области проводится оценка потребности экономики в молодых кадрах, а также рассматриваются вопросы качества их подготовки.
