Государственные Методы Регулирования Социально-Экономического Развития Региона: Механизмы, Инструменты

Abstract

В статье проведена классификация инструментов государственного регулирования регионального развития, в результате которой были выделены административные, организационно-экономические и финансовые инструменты. Отмечено, что перспективными направлениями совершенствования системы государственного регулирования регионального развития являются системные трансферты, предоставляемые регионам, отстающим в социально-экономическом развитии, а также формирование специальных инструментов регулирования регионального развития (целевых экономических зон и корпораций).
