Abstract

Актуальность выбранной темы заключается в том, что конфликты неизбежны в нашей жизни и поэтому управление конфликтами в организации является одним из важнейших направлений в деятельности руководителя. В данной статье рассмотрен механизм управления конфликтами, применение которого может способствовать повышению эффективности управления организацией.
