Abstract

Для создания предприятия или его развития, владельцу необходимо заранее решить, как организовать деятельность своего предприятия. И решение этой проблемы требует от менеджмента необходимой и достаточной системы ключевых положений парадигмы, которая и даст владельцу лучший способ построения системы организации и управления своего предприятия. В данной статье рассматривается структура и полная иерархия необходимых парадигм: управления, собственника, предприятия, а далее, формальной и неформальной организации.
