Abstract

В статье рассматриваются мотивы деятельности человека и вопросы мотивации персонала предприятия. Показано, что только в некоторых случаях мотивы, которые предприятие дает человеку, обеспечивает его эффективную работу в интересах предприятия. В статье представлена модель мотивации персонала предприятия и деятельности предприятия. Показаны две парадигмы управления с мотивацией, которая обеспечивает максимально возможную производительность предприятия.
