Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы автоматизации процесса предоставления услуг на предприятии. Только при ясном представлении о целях предоставления услуги, их планомерной организации, четком распределении материальных и людских ресурсов можно обеспечить эффективность предпринимательской деятельности в сфере услуг.
